ACTA Leaks Warrant Concern

Details of the content of ACTA, the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, are beginning to leak out.  While the document remains subject to negotiation, many of the fears of civil society representatives appear to be justified.  Some participants are pushing for the extension of criminal sanctions beyond commercially motivated infringement.  Michael Geist and Knowledge Ecology International offer details.
