Parliament begins PIPEDA Review

The federal government begins its five year statutory review of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) today, with civil servants from Industry Canada and the Dept. of Justice appearing before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics this afternoon.
