OPCC seeks comment on PIPEDA Review

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPCC) is seeking public comment on the effectiveness of Canada's national private sector data protection law. The Personal Information Protection and Electronics Document Act ("PIPEDA") came into force in 2001 and is scheduled for Parliamentary review this fall.
